MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Santa gave us a bigger, better, more spacious and taller headquarters than we had previously planned….a brand-new FLAGSHIP !! New flagship/headquarters/HQ means transportation revisions, additions beyond previous commitments. Now we have 23% hashers authorized for ETA-ELECTRONIC TICKETS providing for check-in processing via the FAST TRACK QUEUE. Goody prototypes have arrived stunning the viewers and QC testers. PROGRAMS:
HQ-HEADQUARTERS-HOTEL RICH JOGJA will be the base in Yogyakarta for IH2012 functions, i.e. registration, goody pick-up, return/exchange, bazaar, transportation terminal and a beer garden to blow your eyeballs to the bases of two volcanoes and a shorter mountain range from the second highest viewpoint in this Yogyakarta sultanate. This brand-new 3-star hotel second floor ballroom (approx 2,500 square meters or five (5) NBA basketball courts) is more than sufficient for:

• 4 x FAST TRACK QUEUE work stations
• 12 x routine registration work stations
• 5 x money/problem/HELP work stations
• 1 x Ball Breaker registration station
• 6 x goody fetch by size pick-ups

Immediately adjacent to this eight (8) story hotel, the transportation terminal (approx 17,000 square meters or three regulation real football fields{versus USA football fields}) is more than sufficient parking for 32 queues of 3 buses each, enough for the 32 trails. A couple floors below registration, within the hotel, with immediate walking direct to the buses will be the 74 kiosks bazaar. ADVERT: BTW-by the way, the HHH bazaar includes the IH2012 Return/Exchange Kiosk for those hashers whose registration-issued garment size does not meet expectations. BTW, the bazaar includes for-sale official branded IH2012 souvenirs found in the goody bag plus additional new branded designs and products.

TRANSPORTATION services free for registered hashers will better all previous Interhashes except IH2000@HBA “Wilderness Down Under”. But before registering at HQ-Hotel Rich Jogja, Borobudur Interhash 2012 will provide to plane- and train-arriving hashers, camp followers, families and fans shuttle service from the terminals to HQ-Hotel Rich Jogja on Wednesday through Saturday, frequency to be announced. Given registering, receiving the ID bracelet, the hashers may go:

• HQ to/from Thursday Red Dress Run
• HQ to/from Friday Prambanan party
• HQ to Ball Breaker Super Long run
• HQ to Saturday/Sunday runs
• HQ to/from Saturday/Sunday Borobudur party
• HQ to/from Malioboro train station
• HQ to/from MMTP-Magelang Meeting Point
• Magelang Meeting Point to Sat/Sunday runs
• Magelang Meeting Point to/from Sat/Sun parties
• Saturday/Sunday run sites to Borobudur party

FAST-TRACK ELECTRONIC TICKETS for 833 hashers, so far, will be issued on 14FEB12 (Saint Valentine's Day) to those hashers who are fully paid with waivers signed and full registration data submitted; the ELECTRONIC TICKETS will be sent to their e-mail addresses of record in our registration database. We have previously advertised that the FAST TRACK QUEUE privilege will be closed on 30NOV11-------BUT we are still holding it open to pick up the last few who hope to be the very last ones. The more FAST TRACKers we have, the shorter the ROUTINE REGISTRATION QUEUE for the others; soooooo save the others and treat yourself to check-in processing in less than 15 minutes. If your registration status = “ETA”, then tell all your hashing friends to get on board. If your registration status ? “ETA”, then you SHOULD surf to www.interhash2012.com linking to FAQ #24 in order to learn what you missed!! If you're from Indonesia or from Malaysia, check in with your national Hash Council for their program to upgrade your status to FAST TRACK check-in processing. If you are one of 290 Pledge Holders not yet paid, we continue to honor your pledge as a down payment.

OPERATING SCHEDULES for Borobudur Interhash activities are now displayed for your planning on our www.interhash2012.com website, surf to “Proposed IH Program” , then click. We are announcing: the evening parties open @ 16:00, parties close @ midnight but Sunday @ 23:00, the HHH bazaar plus its beer garden on Tuesday through Sunday, registration with goody-fetch on Tuesday through Saturday, return/exchange window on Tuesday through Saturday, and our “company store” selling extra IH2012 collectibles on Tuesday through Sunday.

SOUVENIRS:
Following the practice in past monthly status reports, this month, we advertize even another component in the gigantic goody bag. Hashers, another worry about your traveling home over-weight….because another garment? Here's another garment. The second shirt is a short-sleeved polo fashion of heavy woven 100% cotton. What is so special about the Borobudur Interhash 2012 shirts is no formal marketing, no adverts; just straight high fashion.   1. We are still recruiting only a few more clowns, illuminati, masters of ceremony and extraordinary goof-balls who have the reputations/skills to entertain at the last few run sites on Saturday and Sunday. So where are YOU?? Please contact us ASAP if you/yours can contribute memories to so many of your hashing hounds.
  2. If you want to be included in the Hash Acts on Saturday night line-up, then drop us an e-mail. Hash acts will respect the locals sooooo keep it relatively clean. OK, you can be a bit naughty, but we can't have nudity because we will be in the temple grounds. We don't want you arrested and doing jail time for the next few months. Nor do we want the same for the committee.
  3. The Red Dress Run will be in the old colonial city of Magelang, away from the hustle and bustle of Jogjakarta. Your US$32 Run fee includes transport to and from Magelang, a scenic 60 minute drive from Jogjakarta. There will be beer and soft drinks, a Red Dress Run red sarong souvenir, food and drink and a live band with dancing.
