| Details: | Summer usual schedule: Mondays at 5:30pm Winter usual schedule: Mondays at 5:30pm Running: Urban Roads on Mondays. Mostly on Masaki Peninsula. Away weekends organised outside the city Average Run length & Pace: 5km to 6km, not too demanding, with a 3 km walking option. Other run information: Founded in 1983, a semi family hash, away weekends organised, all visitors welcome and the walk is suitable for all. Cost Tshs 25,000 (US$ 10) for beer and food About 20 - 30 regular hashers. The longer runs are around 5km on urban roads, mostly flat; Longer runs organised on away weekends. There's a walk of around 3km every Monday. We completed our 2000th Run in 2019 (during Covid) Hash Houses / Recommended watering holes..... - The Q Bar off Haile Selassie Road - Jackies Bar on Haille Selassie - Das es Salaam Yacht Club, Msasani - Triniti Bar & Guest House on Msasani Road Directory entry: Mondays at 5:30pm.
