Average Run length:- Running:7-9km, walkers:4-6km Other run information: Runs Saturdays at 3:30pm in Summer (October to March) and 2:30pm in winter. Mixed hash with a friendly atmosphere, and many after-parties. MH3 always meets at Aeroclube de Mozambique, Av. Martires de Machava 1697, Maputo. Regular piss-up on Wednesday evenings at same Aeroclube from 19:00 and TGIF every Friday announced on the website. Family hash, all colours and creeds and their dogs welcome, ambassadors and street sweepers alike. Most languages spoken, circle in English, country language Portuguese.
