| Kennel Details: Hump City Sunday Run-Run is a brunch running kennel. Our trails are typically live laid & kicked off with a mimosa toast for Hare's Away! Our trails are always advertised as 6.9 miles long - that's the target mileage when we hare a trail - but since each trail is unique, they can range from 6 to 8-9 miles for a run-run trail. We also try to offer a 5k (3.1ish mile) option for those training for a 5k run or getting back into running. A general outline of our Sunday Run-Run meet: 9:45am Meet - Social & Chalk Talk * 9:59am Toast mimosa, beer, or juice for Hare's Away * 9:69am (10:09) On-Out for Run-Run * Short circle afterwards typically with mimosas and maybe a healthy snack * On-After brunch often If you are a runner looking for a fun way to get your miles or a drinker looking to become a runner again, this is the kennel for you! Hump City Sunday Run-Run started as a resolution to get more fit with fast-paced trails - We're still a very new kennel (we just had our first AGM) and hope to introduce more runners in the area to the fun of hashing.
