MY Comment/Blog/Travel Stories:
Kennel #300 was Abu Dhabi Island H3 on 25-MAR-2019. Down Downs were tiny in volume but extremely strong in alcohol at either 8 or 16% ABV (Red Rose beer from ... wait ... Belgium? Eeeekkk!!) Tasted like the worst of fortified wine and beer so a true punishment. Trail #2,000 was EuroHash 2021 trail 9 a.k.a. BRAs & Pants H3 on 21-AUG-2021 which I co-hared with Smartarse (West London H3) and Loose Nutz (Munich H3) since none of the original hares could attend due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. As all trails that day we ended up in a brewery and had a relaxed circle on the grass outside Hostivar H2. Country #100 was the Channel Island of Jersey, joining the Crapaud H3 on their early morning (10:00) Sunday outing on 12-SEP-2021. Very scenic trail around the coastline, short (5 km for walkers). So I reached my 1,2,3 lifetime objective within 30 years of hashing - just. On top of that I delivered 4 Bus Tours from HHHell (42 pax), 2 Belgian NH (100 pax), 2 EuroHash: Brussels 1997 (666 pax) and Baarlo 2023 (555 pax) as well as the Brussels 2014 Beer Odyssey world-class event (2,525 pax). I also contributed to 2 World Interhash: Cardiff 2004 (4,750 pax) and Queenstown 2024 (1,800 pax), both as Communication Officer and a little bit more for the later ;-) Mission accomplished, Sir!
